Please review my translated sentence

Hello,

Is it correct to use Present Participle in the following way?

To name a few, founding permanent ... embassies in London and Saint Petersburg; setting up the ... Consulate in Mumbai, Ottoman Empire, and Caucasus; training staff for Ministry of Foreign Affairs; and regulating political documents dossier are among his endeavors.
