In this day and age, mobile phones are used everywhere, including in public and private places. In this context, it is said that mobile phones have to prohibit in public places as hospital, cinema. The writer is partly convinced by this argument for some reasons as follows.
On the one hand, the employment of cell phones in a public area can indeed cause some troubles. First and foremost, when people use phones, they will make annoying to others around. For example, if you use phones in the hospital, you can disturb the patient's treatment. In addition, cell phone users in public places such as crowded markets are vulnerable to robbers. Last but not least, communication in public areas may be interrupted when you take a phone call.
On the other hand, the cell phone must be necessary for crowded sites in urgent situations. It cannot be denied that cell phones can help their owners when they have an accident. For instance, when you have a sudden health problem on the street, another person can call an ambulance to save you. It is also worth mentioning that some jobs such as reporters require people to use phones in public areas.
As analyzed above, it is reasonable that cell phones should be forbidden when they are in public sites. However, it would help if you used a cell phone for works or emergency cases. It is recommended that people restrict to use of mobile phones in public as much as possible.
