Women and men are commonly seen as having different strengths and weaknesses. Is it right to exclude males or females from certain professions because of their gender?
My essay :
Women and men are physically and biologically different from each other. As a result, each sex has different strengths and weaknesses for a particular occupation. However, is it right not to allow males or females to do the jobs they love just because of their gender? In my opinion, women and men should have equal job opportunities.
It is no doubt that human's abilities have no limit. Through practice, women can become as strong as men to do manly jobs like mechanic engineers or boxers. And men can also get competencies for womanly jobs such as nurses, child carers, and kindergarten teachers by that way. In Vietnamese history, Trung Trac was a female general who killed a lot of invaders from China. She is a real-life example that females can go to battlefields and protect their countries in the same way male soldiers do. So, everyone has the ability to do whatever they want, potentially.Nowadays, gender equality is considered all over the world. That helps women and men have more equal chances to do their dream jobs. For example, if a company doesn't recruit a female applicant who qualifies for the job just because of gender discrimination, the employees and the clients may have bad impressions of that company. There may be many difficulties for women or men doing works which are not suitable for their gender. However, it is wrong to exclude males or females from these professions. Everyone has their dreams and the power inside them to make dreams come true. You should write at least three paragraphs. 1.
