Please review my task 1 IELTS essay

The maps illustrate an industrial area in Norbiton in the present day compared with plans for future development of the site.


The pictorial representation gives insights into the differences between the two constructions of the old and the upcoming reversal in Norbiton.


From an overall perspective, the industrial complex will be converted into a residential one. Equipment scales are expanded and the new social facilities occurred simultaneously. There are also changes in the position.


As can be seen in the first picture. The roundabout is engulfed with many juxtaposed factories. On the north side, the river goes along with the farmland and goes across the whole industrial area which is soonly turns into a new living form.


With the new building strategy, the industrial facilities will be knocked down to make way for a new form of shelter-based. The whole area will be renovated for housing to take place. It is also surrounded by many community facilities such as a playground and school. Another changing trait is the interruption caused by the road to the farmland.
