As can be seen apparently, prices in both England and London experienced significant growths over the period. Additionally, in 2013, the fee for houses in London was the highest while the North East ranked in the last place.
In detail, the average house price in England rose from 125.000 in the beginning to nearly 200.000 after eight years. Simultaneously, the same pattern occurred in London, although with a more significant increase of 210.000 pounds.
Moreover, houses were the most expensive in London in 2013, pricing homebuyers nearly four times as much as those in the less affluent North East, at 120.000. Ranked in the second, third, and fourth positions were South East, South West, and North West, with data being 320.000, 270.000, and 200.000 in turn.
