Please, review my Task 1.

The table shows the number and the percentage of independent film genres with income rates released in the UK and Republic of Ireland in 2012.

Overall, there is no correlation between the number of films and the income rates from ticket sales. Although dramas and documentaries were greater in their numbers, they made lower profits than biopic films, a movie genre which only one of its kind was available to the public.

In details, drama and documentary films each had the equal of 35 releases and thus, each made up 23.6% of all new productions. Followed by this were comedies that constituted 17% with 26 new films out of total 148 releases. Meanwhile, only a single biopic film was made public and yet, it gained 9.1% of the whole revenue.

Looking at the proportions of income, comedy and horror were the two highest grossing genres with the former having a box office record share of 45.4% and the latter took a record of 20.2% of domestic market. At the same time, the remaining film categories, namely, crime, action, documentary, thriller films all had lower than 5% of profit with romance being least popular comprising of only 0.8% in 2012.
