Please review my report.

The first pie chart below shows how energy is used in an average Australian household. The second pie chart shows the greenhouse gas emissions which result from this energy use.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The first pie chart presents the percentages of energy consumption for various appliances in a typical Australian family, whereas the second pie chart provides data about carbon emissions as a result of this energy usage.

Overall, a significant amount of energy is used for heating and water heating. When it comes to greenhouse gas emissions, water heating and other appliances are the two greatest contributors.

In the first chart, energy used for heating accounts for the largest proportion, 42%, followed by water heating, 30%. The energy consumption for other appliances makes up 15% compared to 7% from refrigeration. Lighting and cooling consume a relatively small amount of energy, 4% and 2% respectively.

Turning to the second chart, water heating and other appliances emit the most carbon pollution, accounting for 32% and 28% respectively. Heating and refrigeration produce a similar amount of greenhouse gas which is around 15%. Emissions from lighting constitute 8% while a small fraction of 3% is from cooling.
