Topic: According to most doctors, adults need 30 minutes of physical activity at least 5 days a week to be healthy. However, most adults do not get this recommended amount of exercise. What can be done to help people get the experience they need. Give example to support your answer,

My task:

It is often advised that adults need to exercise half an hour at least five days a week so as to stay healthy by most doctors. Nevertheless, most people fail to get this recommended amount of exercise. In my opinion, people should take some steps to achieve this. To begin with, each individuals ought to have a fixed schedule. In present day, we are snowed under with work, as a result people often forget what to do. Therefore, if people have a fixed schedule, we can remember things that should be done and we can have enough time to exercise. Besides, people need to develop a multidimensional perspective of risks of being inactive, thereby giving them an impetus to do the workout. For example, my sister used to have a sedentary lifestyle, but after understanding potential risks of this, she had a massive explosion of interest in gymnasia. In conclusion, we can have a huge benefit from physical activities, so we should take all these steps aforementioned to have time for them.
