You are planning to go and study English at a school overseas. You would like some information about their courses.

Write a letter to the school. In your letter

• ask about the school
• say what kind of accommodation you want
• mention any special requests you have (for example diet).

Sir/ Madam,

I am Mr. John from India and after reading an advertisement in newspaper about your school, I have got interested to study there. So, through this medium, I would like to ask you some details about the school.

First, I would like to know the method of getting admission there . Is it through entrance examination or done directly? Also, in which month, a new batch starts. Second, regarding the accommodation, is there a single-seated room facility available? I prefer that type as while studying, I easily get distracted if there are people in my room. Last, in relation to diet as I am a vegetarian. I would like to know whether that diet is available or not.
