Please review my letter for IELTS

You live in a room in college which you share with another student. However, there are many problems with this arrangement and you find it very difficult to work. Write a letter to the accommodation officer at the college. In your letter:

• describe the situation
• explain your problems and why it is difficult to work
• say what kind of accommodation you would prefer

Dear Mr. Bailey,

I am a first year Computer Science student and I am writing you to request for a change in accommodation.

My current room is A-201, and I am sharing it with Sharon. She is a quite wonderful and accommodating person herself. However, every day at 10.30pm, she attends a virtual language learning class. Now, this poses as a problem to me since her class goes on till midnight.

I am part of the college boxing team and my training starts at 5.30am. Since I sleep after midnight and get up at 4.30am, I do not even get six hours of an uninterrupted sleep. This has started taking toll on my study and other activities.

Since Sharon and my timetable is different, I would request you to move me to room no. A-208 with Radha. Radha is also in the boxing team and we share a similar timetable.

Therefore, I would earnestly request you to consider my above appeal.
