Please review my letter.

Topic:

You have bought a new mobile phone and in a few days purchase, it has stopped working. You have spoken to the company representative a week ago but it has still not been repaired.

My answer:

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am a client who bought a new mobile phone in your shop. I am writing to request some information’s my phone.

I bought a new mobile phone three weeks ago. I am really interested in the mobile phone but it got some problems and the mobile phone was not working within a week of purchase. Therefore, I have talked to one of your representatives over the phone twice but nothing has been done so far.

In relation to the specific of the order. You could check my telephone number or item’s code to find out exactly my phone. My number is 0362876215 and item’s code is 007384. I purchased from Long Thanh Avenue store on 22nd September and it was a cash purchase.

The issue with the phone is that I was unable to start it even the phone was fully charged. I am sure that the phone got some errors during production. I am entitled to get a new phone as a replacement according to the warranty policy.
