Nowadays, many jobs have gender equality whereas there are still drawbacks behind them, it is undeniable that as we are men or women, we have to acknowledge that each gender has different strengths and weaknesses. On the social level, males or females sometimes are excluded from certain professions due to their gender. To me, I wholeheartedly don’t agree with this circumstance.
First and foremost, we can indicate that lots of occupations have more men for instance: pilot, criminal police, professional commander of even football coach and president. Researches in advanced countries around the world show that in terms of pilots, there was just a small number of women, around 3% surprisingly. Meanwhile, applying for a job as criminal police can be seen as the most difficult work towards females significantly on account of vital factors such as physical strength, body shape, or higher-level academic certificate required than males, indeed.
But when we take into consideration, it seems that there should be no bias or gender discrimination in recruiting. In perspective, more equality in professions can set up the balance in other aspects of life. People should create more opportunities for those who had a dedication to their job instead of setting many barriers to prevent them. In addition, for people who have a chance to work in the same conditions, better performance and productivity will be created. For example, in ancient times, we could easily see only women always do the midwifery work, but now there are more and more men doing this, which makes better progress in medical science.
In conclusion, I think people ought to look at all aspects of specific jobs when they recruit employees. Additionally, more equality certainly promotes a better community, so people must be fair in all works.
