Some people work for the same organization all their working life. Others think that it is better to work for different organizations.
Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

Currently, certain employers choose to stick with an organization until retirement, while others hold the view that working for various businesses is better. It is my conviction that both viewpoints have their own merits, which will be further elaborated below.
On the one hand, a lifetime occupation can guarantee that there is no unemployed period. For instance, if people switch jobs, they may have to wait until their application for other companies is accepted, which results in contemporary unemployment. Moreover, there is a high chance of promotion when employers accomplish enough achievements in their only organization. Therefore, they can focus on finishing their task without the bother of career prospects, as continuingly contributing to their company is the only task they do.
On the other hand, working for a sweeping range of organizations also brings many benefits. It can provide them with sufficient experience to work in other places. Hence, employers can apply for high-paid jobs in companies that require firsthand experience of working for other businesses.In addition, if workers are not satisfied by the working condition, they may change their job if they are confident enough. To illustrate, when employers get dead-end jobs with bleak prospects of promotion, it is a wise choice to seek for other well-paid jobs so that their life condition can be improved.
In conclusion, while I agree that people can reap huge profit from keeping a certain job all lifelong, I also subscribe to the notion that changing jobs flexibly is advantageous.
