There are two major causes why people who eat clean and do exercise daily are increasing. One reason is the raising awareness of people having good health to lengthen our life span and fight against many unsourced diseases that have appeared in recent years. COVID-19, for example, killed thousands of people in the world who have poor health conditions. Another reason is that visual appearance now is far more of a priority in the job market. Having a slim-fit body helps job seekers appeal to the first sight of interviewers and the point of view about ensuring work progress can be considered because of stable health conditions.
In addition, there are a couple of ways to inspire citizens to pursue healthy living habits. First, building public health sites at local areas such as cultural and community centers or municipal parks for people to exercise together and exchange the formula of nutritious diets. Second, using social media to share workout lessons, fitness, and eating regimes to young people who have less time can practice at home. Last but not least, the local government sometimes should organize workshops to help people understand the importance of healthy nutrition and an active lifestyle in their life. This will give them a sense of motivation than before.
In conclusion, while there are clearly some reasons which give an explanation of this current trend, it also has different methods to encourage people to do physical exercise more and eat healthier.
