Please review my Ielts writing task 2

Topic: There seems to be growing popularity of mobile phone among young people. Is it good or bad things?

My essay:

It is undeniable that people are agile in catching global trends in term of smartphones, especially young people. These lead to a corollary which a syndrome called smartphone addiction as well. To a certain extent, I agree that mobile phone is the best invention of humankind, but I also believe that it has the bad impact on the youngster.

As everything has double been effected in our life. On the one hand, the mobile phone is very beneficial for the young generation. It is acknowledged that the name "smartphone" called by different functions in one device such as a camera, a dictionary and a cell phone, of course. Indeed, the mobile phone is the way of communication not only the same country but also out of countries it removes distances through making video calls. That's why young people with intelligence easy able to gain these advantages from the mobile phone.

There is also the harmful effect on young generation. Due to the mobile phone, the youngster wastes almost time by messaging, night calls. It is acknowledged that young people use mobile day and night, they make calls, use Facebook every time on the smartphone due to which they cannot concentrate on their studies and they have to bear the huge loss of studying.

To sum up, if the mobile phone is beneficial for young generation on the hand same thing can be harmful to them. But if they use it logically, young people benefit greatly from the mobile phone.
