The process diagram details the steps by which pineapples are produced for sale.

The diagram illustrates pineapples that are manufactured in different ways for making profits.

It is clear that the manufacturing process was divided into various pineapple sizes, beginning with the cleaning stage and ending up with the selling goods, such as canned pineapple, pineapple juice, and being exported to other countries.

First of all, pineapples are harvested into three sizes, from 26cm to 30cm. After they are freshly picked, the raw fruits are sent to the factory, where they are washed in a huge tank to get rid of dirt or pesticide. Small and medium size pineapples are then peeled and cut into pieces, while the largest ones are coated evenly with wax to protect the fruit from decay and to storage longer.

Finally, small and medium size fruits are finely chopped either taking into extractors to make fresh juice or processing into fruit cans. On the other hand, waxed pineapples are packed in parcels and shipped internationally.
