Please Review My IELTS Writing Task 1

Task 1: The chart below shows how frequently people in the USA ate in fast food restaurants between 2003 and 2013

The grouped bar chart above compares how frequently Americans had meals at junk food restaurants in three different years (2003, 2006, 2013).

Overall, most people in the USA ate fast food once a week, from 2003 to 2006, and once or twice a month in 2013. Americans consuming fast food every day accounted for the lowest percentage in all three years.

In 2003 and 2006, more than one-third of Americans ate at junk food restaurants once a week, but the percentage decreased to about 27 percent in 2013. The proportion of Americans eating convenience food one or twice a month declined by 5 percent during the first three years before rising to 33 percent in 2013.

In terms of the remaining groups, the proportion of citizens who had fast food as a meal several times a week fluctuated at around 16 percent to 20 percent. Moreover, these percentages were slightly more than the figures for those eating this food a few times a year. Additionally, the proportion of Americans who eat daily and those who had never eaten at fast-food restaurants before accounted for tiny percentages, ranging from just 3 percent to 5 percent.
