Please review my IELTS Task 2 I need 8 bands, can some suggest me what will I score on the below response?

In some countries, owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people. Why might this be the care? Do you think this is a positive or negative situation?

People from few parts of the world prefer to buy the residential buildings compare to leasing it. The possible reasons for this are; it have specific timeline and may be inconvenient to some people. According to my point of view, this trend may have adverse impact on the society.

Increasing trend of purchasing own houses may have several factors, temporary rent agreements might be on the top of list. Almost, all leasing agreements have a fixed duration such as 6 months. Most of the people do not like changes, it seems difficult to them to move on to different location, as it may impact their routine. Another factor is inconvenience, one requires to take extra care of the property and to follow several rules. For instance, landlord's visit for inspection needs one to spend their entire day on complying the rules of the inspector to avoid any penalties or arguments. Thus, people believe it is significant to have their own home.

Although, there are benefits of having a private home, it also has severe consequence on the society, I believe. Do, many people wish to purchase their own house. It is, however, not an easy task. Average income of many individuals does not allow them to afford the costs of home. This may develop a societal pressure on them and might force them to earn money from illegal means. For instance, many people do not commit crime to fulfill their basic needs on the contrary, to achieve the society standards of living such as personal residential property.

In conclusion, having private property has gained significance among the people. They, therefore, trying to buy home to maintain their images in society. In my opinion, it is, however, adversely impacting the society as it encourages criminal activities
