Hamburgers and pizzas may be convenient but they can also be unhealthy. Compare the advantages and disadvantages of fast food.

Nowadays there is a great variety of foods and people have several choices for each meal. In the past, a smaller number of restaurants used to serve fast food; however, these days many people like eating fast food and it is available in several places in each city. There are advantages to this, but I think eating fast food has some problems as consequences.

To begin with, eating fast food in a restaurant is a very quick way to eat for a meal. In this manner, you can eat out maybe in less than one hour. Also, you do not need to cook lunch or dinner at home. Therefore, you should not spend time to find and buy ingredients, to cook them and to be afraid about what will be the quality of the food you cooked. In addition, fast food usually is very delicious and people enjoy eating it.

On the other hand, everyone who wants to have a healthy diet should avoid eating fast food very much. Because it contains a large amount of fat and so can be harmful to the body. Also, people routinely order and drink cola with fast food and a large amount of its sugar can lead to an increase in blood sugar which causes some disease like diabetes. In addition, eating fast food makes people deal with some challenges about obesity and overweight. There is another problem with fast food that is anybody should beware of the quality of ingredients. Because it is impossible to check and to make sure that all of them have good quality.

In conclusion, fast food has advantages like being delicious and ready to eat not in a long time which encourages people to choose it. But eating fast food has some serious drawbacks and everyone should eat it rarely.
