The graph below shows the number of tourists visiting a particular Caribbean island between 2010 and 2017.

Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The line graph compares how many visitors travel to a Caribbean Island in a seven-year period, starting from 2010. Overall, the proportion of people visiting the island increased over the years. While the number of visitors staying on island outraced those who took cruise ships in the first place, the position exchanged at the end of the survey. At first glance, there was 0.75 million people being on the island in 2010. The figure remained steady over the next year, then experienced a gradual increase to 1.5 million until it witnessed no change at all from 2013 to 2015. In the final stage, the number dropped slightly then went up to 1.5 in 2017. On the other hand, indicator for visitors staying on cruise ships witnessed an unstable phase when it went up and down from 0.25 to 0.5 for the first four years, then increased steeply to 2 million people. A constant climb in the total number of visitors was recorded from 1 million to about 2.75 million between 2010 and 2015. The number stayed unchanged over the next year, then soared up to 3.5 in 2017.
