Topic:

The charts below show the results of a questionnaire that asked visitors to the Parkway Hotel how they rated the hotel's customer service. The same questionnaire was given to 100 guests in the years 2005 and 2010.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

My essay:

Two pie charts depict the outcome of a questionnaire that 100 guests assess the customer services in Parkway Hotel in two separate years 2005 and 2010.

Overall, the positive evaluation not only made up the majority of the two pie charts, but it also had a rapid increase over five years. Besides, the proportion of visitors who underestimated the hotel's service fell dramatically.

In 2005, the lion's share of this chart belonged to a satisfactory group, in the amount of 45 %, while in 2010 the guest satisfied with servicing style in Parkway hotel saw a moderate deflation, about 17% to be exact. However, the percentage of customers who had answered well, which was the highest figure in 2010, and excellent jumped considerably, reaching 39% and 28% respectively.

Moreover, although in 2005, 15% of the guests answered Very Poor in the questionnaire, over five years later, this kind of response has dropped to 4% and became the smallest percentage. Besides that, there was a half decrease in the poor figure, from 21% to 12% in 2010.
