Please review my IELTS TASK 1 essay

Topic: The line graph show internet users as percentage of population.

My essay:

Given is a line graph comparing and contrasting data on the changes in the proportion of residents using the online network in three different nations namely America, Mexico, and Canada for a period of 2 decades from 1999 to 2009.

A close look at the chart highlights the fact that there are enhancements in the quantity of Internet users in this region, besides, Canada and the USA were the most significant growing countries out of all three.

It is indicated that in the starting year 1999, America conducts the number of residents who access the Internet with nearly 20%, while the figure for Canada and Mexico were lower, at about 10% and 5% respectively. From 2001 to 2005, the percentage of both American and Canadian users had had a considerable climb to around 70%, much higher than the Mexican with a slight rise and reached just over 25%.

At the ending point of the chart, almost 100% of Canadian residents were using Internet, the greatest figure for that year followed by the USA at 80%. Mexicos’ figure was the lowest with less than half of the population using the Internet.

Thank you
