The line graph illustrate the percentage of people in three countries who used the Internet between 1999 and 2009.
Overall, the proportion of the Internet users had an upward trend during the period shown. Canada and America were two countries whose people used the Internet far more than this ones in Mexico.
In 1999, the proportion of people accessing to the Internet in the USA was the highest, at about 20%. The figures for Mexico and Canada were lower, at around 5% and 10% respectively. In 2005, while Internet usage in Canada and America rose to around 70%, the figure for Mexico reached just over 25% and it was about one third times as much as Canada and the USA.
By 2009, the percentage of population who used the Internet in Canada was highest. Almost 100% of Canadians accessed to the Internet, compared to about 80% of Americans and 40% of Mexicans.
