The bar chart gives information about the percentage of people having part-time jobs in four diffirent countries of the UK (England, northen Ireland, Scotland and Wales) in two specific years 1980 and 2010.

Overall, there was an increase in percentage of part-time workers in 2010, except in northen Ireland. Also Wales and England had far more part-time workers than the others.

England's percentage in 1980 was about 25%, approximately 8% lower than in 2010. Wales had an inconsiderable change between the years, from around 32% in 1980 to roughly 35% in 2010. But Wales still had the highest percentage of part-time workers.

Unlike the other two which had been mentioned about, Scotland's change in percentage was the most significant. In 2010, it only reached just around 11% then went up to almost 20%, estimating approximately 9%. As for northen Ireland, the percentage in 1980 was about 15% then it had a small decrease by around 2%. However, northen Ireland generally had the lowest percentage amongst them all.
