It is argued that the factors that contribute to personals happiness is the success of career while other thinks that it can be influenced by other factors. Personally, I will discuss both views and present the reasons for my own thinking.

Undoubtedly, economic success play a vital role to achieve personal success due to the growing demanding need for material life, it would be a great satisfying when having ability to spending on stuff. For example, with the help of salary individual can enjoy to live a luxurious life, purchase marvellous house, branded clothes and other dreams can only be fulfilled through this. Moreover, economic success can adapt to enjoy the best education and social welfare. Apart from this, economic success implies high social class and status, which can make people feel happy and respectable.

On the other hand, despite the arguments, other factors, including good health, friendship and family. Specifically, the stability in family and relationships will enhance the positive emotions and eventually contribute to personal happiness. Good health is another factor needed for happiness, with good health, people can enjoy the their own life positively and also do many other activities, like: playing sport,... For example, the people who lead a lucrative lifestyle get involved in various activities with his friends for the enjoyment and happiness.

In conclusion, there are many factors that lead to happiness, it seem that, financial success to an extent only bring happiness life whereas there come other factors which should be taken into account that family, social relation and job satisfaction.
