The two maps compare the original layout in 2007 of road access to a city hospital with that in 2010.

Overall, changes took place in certain corners of the map. Ring Road, Hospital Road and City Road underwent little difference during three years. In addition, there were several introductions of new facilities.

To commence with, the city hospital remained unchanged between the Ring road and Hospital Road in the three-year-period. The striking point was the construction of two roundabouts in 2010. The first one was located at the three-way junction of Ring Road and Hospital Road, surrounding the city hospital while the second one was situated at the four-way intersection including Hospital Road together with Hospital Road.

Moreover, one of the parts resulting from the separation of the car park was the public car park. It was displayed on the right side of the hospital and was expanded to be the square area that was larger than the previous version consisting of a staff car park. The staff car park in 2010 plan occupied the entire car park of 2007. The bus station was remodeled from six bus stops along Hospital Road, connecting the two roundabouts.
