The line graph illustrates four different types of food consumed in a European nation from 1979 to 2004.
Overview, fish is the lowest type of food in chart. Both of beef and lamb decreased rapidly between 1979 and 2004. However, chicken is gradual risen up and also this is the highest type of food in chart.
At the beginning of the chart, beef started at the highest point reached 220 grams per person per week. In the 1982s, beef remained above 240 grams after dropped to 170 grams in 1980. However, in the following period, beef decreased rapidly to 120 grams per person per week in 2004. Compared with chicken, it risen dramatically from under 150 grams in 1979 to 250 grams in 2004, which is the highest point of the
whole chart instead of beef.
At the same period, lamb started at 150 grams in 1979 and gradual decline to 60 by the year 2004 lower than beef and chicken. By contrast, fish almost fluctuated between 60-50 grams throughout the remainder of the period. Fish reached 50 grams per person per week in 2004, which was the lowest type of food in chart during 25 years.
