The pie charts below show the different reasons for flight delays in a particular Asian country in 2015 and 2016.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

MY ANSWER:
The two pie charts compare the proportions of five reasons for flight delays in an Asian nation between the year 2015 and 2016.
Overall, airline operations management was the major cause of flight delays while airport security and military factors exchanged places with the other as the least influence on flights in both years.
In detail, most flights were postponed due to airline operations management, with 40% in 2015 and 46% in 2016, respectively. By contrast, in 2015, airport security occupied a tiny fraction of reasons for flight delays (4%), which increased by 9% in the following year. Military factors, however, replaced airport security to become the least primary reason in 2016 (6%).
As for bad weather category, the figures for two years were relatively approximately one fifth, with 21% in 2015 and 23% in 2016, respectively. There was a significant drop in the number of delays due to air traffic control, from 25% to only 12% during two-year period.
