Plan A below shows a health centre in 2005. Plan B shows the same place in the present day.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and making comparisons where relevant.

MY WRITING:

The two plans describe a health centre before and after some developments from 2005 to the present.

As can be seen from the map, the health centre has witnessed vivid changes both outdoors and indoors over the given period.

Turning to indoors, minor operation rooms have been built next to the physiotherapy room. There have been some changes in both size and quantity of consulting rooms (CRs) as they have been divided into smaller rooms. Office has been narrowed down a little bit to make way for reception area. Consequently, the reception area has been larger and children's playground has been added. Moreover, the number of seats have been increased opposite to the entrance.

When it comes to outdoors, car parking has been expanded from 12 spaces to 30 spaces. This results from a small part of the garden at the top of the map being used for widening car parking.
