Topic: Nowadays, the youth tend to work as freelancers rather than the stable positions. What are the causes? Give your opinion.

In modern days, technology has changed almost every aspect of our lives, from the way we communicate, the way we learn, to the way we express ourselves. And technology is also changing the way young people work. It allows them to sit in their own house, but work all over the world.

There are two many reasons why the youth tend to work as freelancers. The first reason is young people are confident in their abilities. For example, the young people in Vietnam between the ages of 18 and 27 are able to master computer skills, with the help of digital young people can learn a lot of complex skills and many professions at the same time. So they believe they can create meaningful jobs for themselves. Therefore, this is the reason why nearly 50% of generations Y and Z will abandon their careers.

The second reason is that the youth want to live for themselves. This is perfectly exemplified in case of the youth would rather devote their entire attention to their own happiness than do a heavy workload exhausted for others. As such, even if they earn less as a freelancer, they also have not changed their purpose what they do, for example, one reported that 70% of translators opt for flexible work instead of high-paying salaried jobs, they opt for comfortable work such as freelancer instead of an intensively hard job that needs people who are good at going under pressure from managers or colleagues.

In conclusion, this phenomenon can be explained by the development of technology changing the way people work. However, they need to have high-quality products, reach the peak of their careers, and create good relationships. =))
