Please review my IELTS essay

Please, help me to assess my writing 1 from IELTS academic?? Which band score would you give? What can I improve?


Topic:

The charts below show the average percentages in typical meals, of three types of nutrients, all of which may be unhealthy if eaten too much.


My essay:

The charts illustrate how much sodium, saturated fat and sugar, is consumed by Americans in three meals and snacks, all of these ingredients could be harmful if eaten excessively


Overall, it can be seen that breakfast is the healthiest meal during the day, while dinner is opposite with the highest proportion of sodium and saturated fat. At the same time the most sugar is consumed with snacks.


The least unhealthy ingredients are consumed for breakfast. It is equal proportion of saturated fat and added sugar of 16%. Along with sodium, which is by 2 percent less. During the day the proportion of potentially dangerous ingredients increases and for lunch it is 29% and 26% of sodium and saturated fat, respectively. While added sugar is 19%, which is lower than the proportion taken from breakfast.


Dinner is considered to contain the highest percentage of sodium 43% and saturated fat 37%, whereas the highest amount of sugar, get in to the persons body with snacks and accounts 42% of daily consumption.
