The growing number of overweight people is putting a strain on the health care system to deal with the health issues involved. Some people think that the best way to deal with this problem is to introduce more physical education lessons in the school curriculum. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Due to the increasing quantity of overweight people has caused tension in the health care system. Some people believe that the solution to solving the problem is to have more physical education lessons in the school lesson. I strongly agree that is the best way to tackle the issue of deteriorating public health about weight.
Firstly, dealing with the issue surrounding obesity and weight problem should be solved by encouraging physical activities and exercise to the school. By incorporating more sports classes into the curriculum as well as encouraging extracurricular sports activities Children may get healthier and more active if they keep exercising outdoor after a long time sitting passively in the class. Nowadays, many parents are fully occupied they do not have time to monitor the eating habits of their children. Therefore, School can teach children to learn how to control their diet and practice to keep fit.
Secondly, Having more sports lessons for children may lead to the development of interest in exercising. Families that have sporty children should involve in sport to encourage their kids. Both parents and children taking part in active activities may guarantee that children grow up to keep on playing sports in their days-to-days life. As a result, physical lessons help students aware of the necessity of sports, this may alleviate the burden on the healthcare system later on.
In Conclude, Many people suffer from obesity and disease relating to being overweight. To deal with this problem is starting to change the next generation's lifestyle, to help them realize the benefit of a healthy life by introducing sports to school is the most effective method to apply.
