Task 2: In spite of the advances made in agriculture, many people around the world still go hungry. Why is this the case? What can be done about this problem?

It is true that although humans have achieved breakthroughs in agriculture, famine has striking millions of people worldwide. I am going to elaborate on some crucial reasons and solutions which had best to be taken steps to partly mitigate this trend.

On the other hand, there is a wide range of reasons why numerous people do not have food even though agriculture is still developing. Firstly, overpopulation without tight control of governments could be considered be the predominant cause. Indeed, once the proliferation of birth rate gets out of control, people would face difficulty guaranteeing food resources. For instance, many African countries stuck in this situation often face troubles related to those who are malnourished and even those who are dying of starvation due to food shortages. Finally, another aspect that has increased the problem is the low educational attainment of people in some countries. In other words, even though they had advanced machines, they would not know how to operate them.

On the other hand, several measures are required to reduce the problems. To begin with, governments in the affected countries should enhance awareness about the drawbacks of overpopulation concerning hunger relief to raise public awareness. Additionally, it is worthwhile to promote establishing the charity and humanistic organizations which assist raise money for humanitarian aids to people in need. Finally, governments might keep conflicting over regions, racing in their checks with regulatory oversight and sanctions.

To sum up, although many advances have been achieved in agriculture fields, some people are still starving because of high prices and poor knowledge of people in some countries.
