The bar graph below gives data regarding the changes in the quantity of internet users in three different nations and the world average between 1998 and 2013.

Overall, it is clear that all of the countries and the world have increased the internet users throughout the period. Plus, the proportion of internet clients in Denmark and Canada was constantly higher than others. Besides, in Greece, internet user numbers were lower than Canada and Denmark, close to world average in 1998, but it rose quite quickly from 1998 to 2003.

Looking at the graph more closely, one can see that the increase of internet users in Denmark was fastest, from 20000 to nearly 80000 users from 1998 to 2003, and remained the highest of number of internet users in 2003, 2008 and 2013, at 80, 90 and 95 thousand users respectively. In Canada, the number of users was highest in 1998 at nearly 30000 users and from 2003 to 2013, the number of internet users was just fewer than Denmark at about 10000 users. In Greece, the number of people using internet surged steadily about 20000 users for each 5-year period. Meanwhile, an upward trend was seen in the world average over this period, gradually increasing from 5000 users in 1998 to 35000 users in 2013.
