Topic: Some people think that a huge amount of time and money is spent on the protection of wild animals, and that this money could be better spent on the human population. To what extend do you agree or disagree?

Essay:

One thing is of great controversy is that time and financial resources are better allocated to preserve wild animals or to increase life standard of human being. Even though, human are suffering, I believe that it is more beneficial to prioritize the animals.
Conserving wild faunas is a key area for achieving an economic growth. In term of wild animal species, every nation distinguishes from each other which is proven to be one of influential factors in determining the number of tourist coming to their country. If government gives expenditure to put under control illegal activities that pose serious threats to the survival of wildlife such as poaching, not only the animals will be protected but also develops tourism. For example, Kangaroo and Koala are two exclusive creatures in Australia, this also means people could only travel to Australia in order to see them so every year authorities generates a overwhelming amount of revenue just from selling plane ticket and Kangaroo-and-Koala-relating souvenirs as long as these animals still exist.
The establishment of wildlife reserve makes a significant contribution to reduce unemployment rate. In order to run a safari or a sanctuary, labor force is an indispensible part since they play a crucial role in feeding and maintaining animals' health condition in other words keeping the place active. By hiring employees, a thousand of people are offered job opportunities and brings down the proportion of unemployment.
In conclusion, human population is definitely of great benefit when animals are well-preserved.
