Overall, women did excercies more than men did. It is noticeable that 15-to-24 -year-old boys and 45-to-54-year old women accounted for the highest percentage of tatal people doing regular physical activity.
Regarding people aged 15 to 24, there was a higher percentage between boys and girls who regularly work out with 52.8%and 47.7% respectively. Whereas many more women did exercises than males aging 35 to 44 (52.5% against 39.5%), the rate of males and females at the age of 25 to 34 ranged from 48.9% to 42.2%
Turning to the three remaining groups, 53.3% of women were concerned about keeping fit, which exceeded the rate of men did (43.1% was recorded). The same pattern was observed at the age of 55 to 64 with 53% for women and 45.1% for men. Only in the group of the old aged over 65 , no significant difference was witnessed between males anf females( about 47% for each).
