Topic:

In some developing countries, it is difficult to get good teachers to work in rural areas which can have a negative impact on the education of children in those rural communities. Why do you think good teachers do not want to work in rural areas in developing countries? What could be done to solve this problem?

In some developing nation, it's hard to find goods teachers who are willing to work in rural areas. Consequently, children who are in the countryside do not get good education.

There are a variety of reasons to explain why teachers are not interested in working in rural areas. First, cities is the areas where education develops immensely and there are many educational centers or institutes so that good teachers often tend to work at urban areas. Second, teachers working in urban areas often earn much more money than those working in rural areas. So, the living standard of urban teachers is higher than the living standard of rural teachers. Third, rural life make people feel inconvenient. Rural areas are lacking in facilities for recreation. For instance, some villages do not have movie theater or amusement park where people can relax after hardworking day. Besides, the shortage of Internet connectivity is one of the big problem that makes people feel unwilling to live in rural areas.

If there aren't any good teachers who want to teach in rural areas, students will become uneducated. These rural children also need quality education like urban children. The refusal of teachers to work in rural areas have negative impact on the education of children in rural communities.

It is imperative that schools find good teachers especially rural schools. Thus, the government must work out solution to solve this problem. First, the government should encourage more teachers to work in the countryside by paying them the same wage as teachers working in cities. Second, the government needs to ensure that teachers have a comfortable lives when they move to rural areas to work there.

In conclusion, low salaries may be the main reason that makes teachers be unwilling to work in the countryside. The only way to solve this problem is that teachers should be treated equally irrespective of where they work.
