Nowadays, with the advancement of country, education plays indispensible parts in our society. It is believed that students should study their favorite subjects. However some people argue that students should study practical subjects for the future. This essay will discuss both views.

On the one hand, studying favorite subjects brings many benefits for students. First, students can get the best result. For example, when students pursue their passions, they will have motivation to continue studying and do the best. If they are interested in a subject, they will research and explore new things about this subject, so the study is more effective. Having professional knowledge about one subject is better than studying many subjects without good results. Second, students have a sense of self-study. They feel less depressed and comfortable when they study their favorite subject. With their passion, they will study that subject hard and this make them successful.

On the other hand, students also need to study useful subject for the future. First, it insures the financial security. For example, if they have computer skills which are required in many fields, they will have many opportunities to find a good job. They will earn enough money to sastify their demands and their parents are proud of them. They are respected by other people and they will have high standing in society. Second, they will develop their country. For instance, students who have knowledge about Science and Technology will contribute to the development of their country by creating robots, modern machines.

In conclusion, studying favorite subjects or useful subjects for the future are necessary. However, in my opinion, it is better for students to study the subjects they like.
