Topic: Some people fail in school, but end up being successful in life. Why do you think that is the case? What is most important thing to succeed in life?

Success plays vital role in life. If you want to be successful in life, education is immensely necessary for you. But that doesn't decide anything. There are several factors apart form school which determine success in the future.

There are a variety of reasons to explain why some people drop out of school but they are thriving and prosperous in life. First, education institutes have put archaic and outdated methods of teaching into practice. Student must learn these complex theories by heart and when teachers ask them they have to recite everything they have learnt in the lesson without understanding. Second, some subject that they have to learn at school are not their specialization. For example, some students want to study medicine, so what do they have to learn geography, history for? Third, lessons at school are beyond their level of curriculum comprehension so that students are incapable of relating to there rigid and complicated theories. Students may be drop at school but we can't not define them as nonintellectual people, maybe they know lots of things that we don't learn at school.

Success acquires a variety of skill and personality traits. Skills means that apart form knowledge you have to know some sport, talents, or you can do some domestic jobs, drive car. If you want to improve these skills, you need to do part-time jobs. And you need to be expert at some sports such as swimming, basket ball and you also need international English qualifications. Importantly, you need to work hard. If not, you won't be successful in the future.

In conclusion, education may be the key for your future but without perseverance and individual potential, you won't be able to achieve success in life. Somebody may fail in school, it doesn't mean that they will be a failure in the future.
