Please review my IELTS essay.

Topic: IELTS TASK 2: Some people think that people who choose a job early and keep doing this are more likely to have a satisfying career life than those who frequently change their jobs. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

My essay:

Many people argue that it is advisable to choose a job as soon as possible and bbe determined to do it rather than switch jobs regularly. From my perspective, I agree, with some reservations, with this line of thought.

On the one hand, being firm on a job employees are more likely to achieve a better work life. First, experiences boost their employment prospects. Those who work for a long period of time in a specific field can gain not only specialized knowledge but also relevant skills, which are important factors to get promotion. For example, to become the manager of a restaurant, I must have un insight knowledge of the variety of cuisines together with the ability to tackle with customers' complaints that I must learn during my working time. Second,experiences also lessen the pressure of working. The longer workers have been doing their duties, the more smoothly they handle them. Because they get used to with daily tasks and take a shorter time to solve them.

On the other hand, the frequency of changing jobs has some negative consequences. On top of that it create a bad impression in the CV when a candidate applies for a vacancy. Employers always look for the one who can work for their company for a long term; therefore, a long list of working experiences can makes an interviewee lose marks. However, some employees shift their jobs to find others that match their personal interest; as a result, they would do their duties more efficiently.

In conclusion, for the forementioned reasons, I believe that workers should find their dream job soon and keep doing it. Nevertheless, they can change to another occupation that they enjoy doing and dedicate to it.
