Please review my IELTS essay

Topic: The following bar chart illustrates the mobile phone ownership in ten European countries throughout the year from 2005 to 2010

My essay:

The bar chart provides the number of mobile phone owner growth in ten European countries in two years: 2005 and 2010.
Generally speaking, in 2005, the number of mobile phone owners was high at this time. We can see that three countries UK, Germany, Italy had more mobile phone owner than others. They accounted for averagely 4 million owners. Sweden was fourth (after the UK, Germany, Italy) and had approximately 2 million owners. In general, France, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Spain had nearly the same number (about 1 million). And with Netherland, this country had the less number of owners in 10 countries(0.5 million)
In 2010, the number of mobile phone owners increase stronger. Germany become the country which had the highest number of owners with 14 million. Next country was the UK (12 million owners). Italy, Sweden, France, Spain was in the descending order (100,9,7,5 million). Finland, Norway, Denmark and Netherland increase insignificantly over 5 years (approximately 2 million owners)
Overall, the number of mobile phone owners in 2010 was higher than the number in 2005. Because of the modern world, the demand for using mobile phones alway grown rapidly.
