Please review my IELTS essay!!

Topic: Nowadays many people interact with each other has changed because of technology. In what ways has technology affected the types of relationships that people make? Has this been a positive or negative development?

My essay:

There is no denying that technology has a host of impacts on people life in this age. Technology has affected relationships in various ways, and in my opinion there are both positive and negative effects.

Technology has had an influence on relationships in education, business and social life. Firstly, one in a variety useful apps is Whatsapp create new opportunities between students and teachers. For example, student now can take lessons or lectures from teacher who live thousands of miles away. Secondly, modern device like telephones and the Internet can help business people in different countries to interact without meeting each other. Finally, a huge people use social networks like Facebook, Instagram to connect together or make new friend. They even can post some interesting photos, and they interact through their phones rather than face to face.

On the one hand, these developments can be extremely positive. When technology does not appear, cooperation between people in different countries was much more difficult because communication was limited by written letters. Nowadays, email, phone and video call are constructive approach of interaction which now as good as face-to-face meetings. On the other hand, people are more and more distant and cold together, they become indifferent to everything around them. A typical example of this is most of them will record a video about a terrible accident that forget the first thing they must to do is call for rescue or help.

In conclusion, technology has a certainly revolutionized communication between people, but not all of the outcomes of this revolution have been positive.
