Topic: Big salary is much more important than job satisfaction.

Do you agree or disagree?

There is no doubt that money plays a crucial role in people’s life. Therefore, some individuals believe that a job with high wage is the most important, while others think satisfied job is more necessary. In my perspective, both categories are equally essential.

On the one hand, having a job paid tremendous amount of payment will make people feel satisfied no matter what kind of occupation they do. Because when employees have huge amount of money, they can purchase things that they want such as houses or cars. Especially women, if they possess much money, they can go on a spending spree. Money, moreover, is essential for survival and good living. High income would ameliorate living standard, which results in citizens feel pleasant in their life. They no need to be concerned with bills or financial problems. Big wage not only makes people feel satisfied but also enhances their living condition.

On the other hand, money can not gives residents a sense of fulfillment. When workers are not interested in their work, they would not have motivation which encourages them show their qualifications at work placement. As a result, labors quickly feel bored in their job and quit corporation. Besides, money can not buy happiness. Millionaires, for instance, who own many assets, often meet cheaters and terrorists; thus, they regularly feel unsafely and unhappy. Moreover, the much wage workers get, the less true friends they have. Because high income individuals are regularly exploited

In conclusion, although money plays vital role in modern life, but job satisfaction is also important with workers.
