PLEASE REVIEW MY ESSAY WRITING TASK 1

The charts below show the average percentages in typical meals of three types of nutrients, all of which may be unhealthy if eaten too much.Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features,
and make comparisons where relevant.
MY ESSAY The pie charts given illustrates the amount of three types of nutrients (sodium ,saturated fat ,added sugar )consumed in the form of different meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks)in the USA ,which are not good for health it's taken more than normal .
Overall ,dinner consists of major amount of nutrients compared to breakfast which is least among the other meals.in terms of nutrients both sodium and saturated fat together constitutes the highest percentage of dinner whereas added sugar in snacks .
snacks and lunch constitutes of almost same percentage of nutrients (about 77% and 74% respectively)whereas the highest percentage is recorded in dinner and the least in breakfast with a greater difference (about 103% and 46% respectively).
On the other hand sodium constitute the major amount of nutrients in dinner and lunch (about 43% and 37% respectively)whereas added sugar constitutes in the snacks. Both added sugar and saturated fat consists of equal amount in breakfast(16% each). please give me feedback i request .
