Please review my essay. Thank you.

The diagrams below show the life cycle of the silkworm and the stages in the production of silk cloth.

Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Write at least 150 words.

My essay:

The first map illustrates the silkworm life cycle, which has for important stages. First, the moth that lives on mulberry trees, produces some eggs. It takes ten days for eggs to become larvae. These larvae feed on mulberry leaves for up to six weeks. After three-eight days, each larva built a cocoon beehive of silk thread around itself. Finally, after sixteen days, the grown moths come out of cocoon and, this cycle is repeated.

The second diagram explains how silk clothes is produced by cocoons as a raw material. First of all, the selected cocoon is boiled in water. Then, the thread of cocoon can be unwind and separated. each cocoon provides 300-500 meters of silk thread. this thread can be twisted and used directly for weaving, or it can be dyed and then woven in different colors.

Overall, the diagrams show that the cocoon producing by moths can be used to silky clothes through several stages.
