Topic: Research suggests that the majority of criminals who are sent to prison commit crimes when set free. What are the reasons? What can be done to solve the problem?

It is true that most of criminal individuals who are prisoned commit sins when they are set free. This essay sheds light on the reason for and solution to above problem.

There are two fundamental reason why almost prisoners commit crimes again when set free. Primarily, the national laws may not be seriously strict to criminals. As a result, criminals who used to be confined might conduct horrific actions again in an easy way without feeling scare about subsequent punishments such a way that they may commit burglars and kill someone although it happens in daylight. Further motivation is that there might be not a supportive policy to help prisoners integrate into community and find a suitable job after set free. As a consequence, they are capable of conducting jobs which are obviously lawless as long as it brings them income.

However, solutions should be applied to resolve these negative issues. First, governments ought to adopt rules to punish criminal behaviors of residents who used to be prisoned in a rough way. In fact, if a person recommits crimes after set free in Japan, he is able to be confined in a long period which lasts 50 years. Second, administration of countries should approve for positive policies which support criminals to have a new life with an appropriate job. To be more specific, almost prisoners might be considered with a profoundly negative view after they are released; therefore, it leads to their feeling of shock and awfulness, and if they endure these feels in a long term, they are likely to become a criminal again.

In conclusion, while important reasons for the rate of re-offending are identified, some steps must be taken to implemented workable solutions.
