People have different views with regard to the question of what makes a top banana. In my view, leadership is both natural and through learning and practice

On the one hand, Great man theory and Trait theories believe that people inherit certain qualities and traits that make them them better suited to leadership. For example, Bethoveen and Mozart, is two musician ingenius, famous in the world. They were endowed with a natural talent for music that makes them stand out from the rest. Good leaders are endowed with positive energy, the ability to inspire others , and passion. They are always in a state of full of energy and optimistic

On the other hand, Behavioral theories believes that peopel can become a top banana through the process of teaching , learing and observation. Leadership is a set of skills that can be learned by training, perception, practice and experience over time. Leadership learning is a lifetime activity. Good leaders seek out development opportunities that will have them learn new skills. Assertiveness and ability to work effectively, which are the most indispensible skills of a good leader , can completely be learned. “ Genius is one percent inspiration and ninety-nine percent perspiration ( Thomas Edison)

In conclusion, leader are both born and made. However , I do believe that practice makes perfect. To become a brilliant leader peole need to experience a tough process that require much arduous effort
