From my point of view, the covid 19 is going on all over the world and all people are seeking suitable methods for working at home. As a matter of fact, i am not an exception in the flow of events that I am also affected by. Operating flexible working hours have an advantage: enhance ability to control time and save money commuting. Nevertheless, this has also had a lot of drawbacks: allocate workload improperly.

To begin with one of benefits that i mentioned above that is controlling time efficiently. This issue is not controversial because when you arrange time you will have a timeline of work completely. Then you just follow the scheduled which is arranged accurately. For instance you have a briefing at 7 a.m and you had scheduled completion of report of one at 8 a.m. After the meeting is over, you will do the next duty follow your timetable. You do not waste time thinking about what to do next.

An element related to my opinion, you are able to lessen amount of money to use transfer from home to work station. You go to the office daily by car and you spend money and time to move there. In condition your company allow you chose where you work and as a result you chose work from home. It is possible for your money to go down significantly.

Beside many benefit, you can see arranging workload inconsequentially is a disadvantage of operating flexible working hours. If you have many vital work, you will have trouble priority the first work. Excepting you have the reasonable timetable, you will not know which the work prioritize first.

To sum up, operating flexible working hours has both advantages and disadvantages respectively to improve time control, save money to move and unreasonable workload allocation.
