My essay:

The bar charts describe the normal house prices in England and its capital city-London and compare the average house expenses from different areas in England.

Overall, in the first graph, England and London have upward trends in the country house prices, with the highest of which in London. Moreover, the house prices in London cost the most, otherwise, Midlands and North East have the lowest ones.

In the year 1995, the country house price in England costs about $130,000 compared to the ones I'm London with approximately $200,000. Until 2013, the is an enormous jump in both house prices between England and London ($200,000 and over $400,000 respectively)

In the country range, the price of houses goes to the top of the list in London, about $400,000 per house. The figures for the South East and the South West reach the second and their places, about $300,000 and $250,000 respectively. Besides, the house prices are more affordable in the Midlands and The North East, with just only around $100,000.
