In this modern era, people tend to live longer than ever before, especially in many developed countries. This phenomenon undoubtedly brings about a range of matters to every individual as well as the comprehensive society. Fortunately, there are some solutions to deal with this aging population.

On the domestic scales, living with old parents has become a nightmare for any family member. Instead of spending time for work, most parents have to take responsibility for looking after the elders, which finally deters them from paying attention to make a living. Furthermore, family breadwinners would be put under pressure as they do not have the ability to pay the bills for their children at the same time as paying for elders, whose health is really awful and needs lots of medication. On the social scales, when the old population grew, many industrial companies would witness a redundant workforce, and accommodation would become rare.

However, there are still several measures that would be taken to tackle the issues mentioned above. Firstly, each household could find a reliable hospital where their old parents could stay for a permanent period and let their hair down with the best serves of health caring. This solution is reasonable for those who want to concentrate on their work but also hope to ensure that their parents still be fine. Secondly, it is governments who are in charge of creating many extra jobs suitable for weak people, since, eliminate any cases of ample workforce. Finally, to deal with the lack of accommodation, organizations, as well as states, should invest to build more and more hospitals which are the place for the elderly population to take a rest.
